1. Write one blog per week. Publish it on your own site, Facebook and Medium.
  2. Post on your own Facebook page and post on it 2-3 times a week.
  3. Invite all of your friends to like your Facebook page (give or take).
  4. Write 5-10 thank you/hello cards (always have a bunch handy!) to send to old mentors/colleagues/peers in the space to thank them for their support.
  5. Write 5-10 thank you/hello cards to your own doctor and other practitioners you loosely know that might act as referral sources. Include a bunch of the generic cards and the refer-a-friend cards.
  6. Write 3 “cold” thank you cards to medical professionals and/or leaders in the mental health space that you’ve followed for some time. Even if you have never spoken to them, write a thank you card and share who you are. It’s an incredible gesture and the recipient will be so impressed that they will look you up.
  7. Review the language you are using for you on your website and other digital touchpoints with someone and explore whether or not it is as effective as it can be to explain your services.
  8. Set up a workshop or small talk for you at a local business focused on health and wellness. Simply send a quick email to 5 businesses with a quick introduction of yourself and what you’d like to do. You’ll be amazed at what happens!
